Hi B Boys and B Girls! This past weekend I was invited to be apart of a fundraiser for Children’s Charity of Atlanta at The Fox Theater! It was a really special event that raised money to help children around my age in need through something called a “Silent Auction.” This was the first time I had ever heard of something like that! My mom told me it’s when different people and companies donate different rare items like signed baseballs, footballs, movie posters, etc… and then people will bid on the items and the winning bidder’s money is donated to the charity. How cool is that!? I was able to spend a lot of time with my friends in “D-Coy Dance Crew” who I met at UGA and those guys are really cool. We watched videos on YouTube and hung out backstage a lot before performing. When it came time to perform, we were totally ready and I thought we did pretty good! Thumbs up for D-Coy and the cool new dancing they brought to my live performance! Like, favorite and let me know what you think in the comment section below! Keep following your dreams! Question by Bean: I need to know “popular” children’s charities in the Tri-State area. Any thoughts?
What are children “suffering” the most from in the Tri-State area? Is it obesity? Abuse? Lack of education?
Which charities support these problems?
